We will meet all your machining requirements, like milling, boring, turning or grinding, collaborating also with partner companies to offer you the machining solution best suited to your requests.
In order to offer you completeness of service containing the costs, we are able to directly cut the sheets for the construction of the carpentry, up to a maximum thickness of 260 mm.
To loose the tensions created after welding on your request we can carry out the distension treatment of the carpentry supplying you all the certificates.
We perform different types of assembly on your specific request such as: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric, all performed by expert and qualified personnel.
At your request we can perform a wide range of checks on the starting sheets to check the presence of veneers or inclusions, providing you all the appropriate certificates.
After the piece construction we also offer controls such as penetrating liquids, magnaflux and ultrasound to verify and certify the quality of the welds.
To guarantee excellent quality standards we are equipped with various measuring and control instruments, in addition to the classic centesimal tools (bore meters, micrometers and calibers), we are equipped with a laser tracker able to easily verify even the most complex geometries, without the necessity to submit the manufact to a measuring machine
In addition to thermal treatments, before the bottom or final painting we can also perform tunnel and hand sandblasting, according to the client's specific requests.
We have our trucks for normal and exceptional transport in Italy and abroad and to meet the customer's logistical needs we employ specialized companies with permanent permits or obtained on specific request for off-weight and/or out-of-shape structures.
